Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Snow Removal Helpers for the upcoming winter season. As a Snow Removal Helper, you will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from driveways, walkways, and parking lots to ensure safe and accessible conditions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate snow removal equipment, including snow blowers and backpack blowers.
  • Manually shovel snow and spread salt or sand as needed.
  • Ensure all areas are cleared efficiently and safely.
  • Respond promptly to snow removal requests and weather conditions.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in snow removal or similar labor work is preferred.
  • Ability to work in harsh winter conditions and lift heavy loads.
  • Reliable transportation and availability for early morning shifts.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
