Job Summary:

Lorven Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale software systems using modern C++.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software systems using modern C++.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle and Python-based systems.
  • Work with large amounts of data and develop efficient data processing solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders to understand the greater impact of the systems and services you have built.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality, clear, and well-tested code.
  • Meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming experience in modern C++.
  • Proficiency in Oracle and Python.
  • Undergraduate degree or higher.
  • 5+ years' development experience. Valuable if in a Capital Markets or FinTech.
  • Passion for technology and large-scale software design.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Risk Systems and/or Pricing Model Integration.
  • Experience working in distributed systems including web services, messaging software, etc.
