Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager to join our Domestic Tax team and take on the following responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements for a diverse range of private clients, providing expert tax advice and guidance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to help clients capitalize on business and tax opportunities, including tax reorganizations, pre-sale tax planning, and estate planning.
  • Assist with various tax compliance needs, including the review of corporate, trust, and estate tax returns.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their industry, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, identifying new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues.
  • Engage in training staff and investing in the professional development of your team.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a professional who embodies BDO's core values: Integrity, Respect, and Collaboration. You should have a strong affinity for tax, a minimum of five years of experience in public accounting, and a CPA designation. You should also possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
