About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pest Controller to join our team at Advantage Pest Control Inc. As a Pest Controller, you will be responsible for inspecting buildings and outside areas to detect signs of infestation, determining the type of treatment required, and preparing and spraying chemical mixtures on infested areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Identify Infestations: Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and outside areas to detect signs of pest infestations.
  • Determine Treatment Requirements: Assess the type of treatment required to effectively eliminate pest infestations.
  • Prepare and Apply Chemical Mixtures: Prepare and spray chemical mixtures on infested areas to eliminate pests.
  • Fumigate Households: Fumigate households to eliminate pest infestations.
  • Set Traps and Install Barriers: Place and set traps to capture and remove animals, and install animal control barriers to keep animals off property.
  • Clean and Advise: Clean out areas that harbour pests and advise clients on how to prevent pest infestation.
Requirements
  • Provincial Pesticide Applicator Licence: Must hold a valid Provincial Pesticide Applicator Licence.
  • Work Language: English language proficiency is required.
  • Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
