Your Role as Senior Rendering Systems Architect:
In this pivotal position, you will lead a dedicated team focused on enhancing and innovating rendering technologies within our flagship game engine. This role offers a unique opportunity to guide a group of skilled professionals in shaping the visual quality of our upcoming titles, setting new standards in graphics performance.
- Oversee a team of 4 to 5 graphics engineers
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot rendering engine components
- Assess and improve performance across diverse gaming platforms
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, design, and art departments
- Contribute to cutting-edge AAA graphics engine advancements
- Engage in cross-studio collaborations within the gaming domain
- Report directly to the Engineering Director
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in mentoring or managing engineering teams
- 8+ years of experience in the gaming industry or a related sector
- Expertise in graphics systems development and optimization
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming
- Familiarity with modern graphics APIs and platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively and support team dynamics
- A genuine passion for gaming and graphics technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with contemporary consoles, profiling tools, and ray tracing techniques
- Solid mathematical foundation
- Knowledge of GPU computing
- Experience collaborating with artists on graphics features

Compensation Overview:
The anticipated base salary range for this position in the U.S. is between $121,000 and $224,880 annually, with actual compensation determined by factors such as experience and location.
