About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Pape Leroy. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support to elderly individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities to promote mental and physical stimulation
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Experience working with elderly individuals an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

Our Caregivers work in a non-smoking environment and may have the option to live in on a live-in basis. We prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff.
