Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve departmental performance and patient outcomes.
- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimal resource allocation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the department.
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
