Role Overview
As a Picker/Shipper, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, ensuring that orders are organized, picked, packed, and delivered efficiently. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining smooth operations, whether orders are shipped directly to customers or picked up on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking orders for curbside delivery.
- Efficiently packing and labeling items for shipment.
- Ensuring proper handling of all products.
- Working independently with minimal supervision.
- Providing courteous customer service during purchase carry-out.
- Performing tasks both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Operating a lift truck/order picker after completing required training.
Qualifications for Success
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- Effective communication skills.
- Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and work at heights.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient customer service skills.
- Availability for full-time work, including weekdays.
