Job Scope

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Counter Service Associate will undertake various responsibilities within the branch's warehouse.

Your Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of six months experience in warehouse operations
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Familiarity with electrical products and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (preferred)

A Day in Your Life

  • Receive and process incoming merchandise
  • Organize products in designated locations within the branch
  • Ensure accuracy and condition of received products
  • Oversee inventory management and returns
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in storage and service areas
  • Assist customers at the counter and occasionally process orders
  • Perform additional related duties as required
