About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Eastern Canada. As a key member of our Restaurant Development department, you will be responsible for the successful execution of reinvestment projects throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including franchisees, corporate staff, general contractors, architects, vendors, and municipal authorities.
  • Monitor and control the reinvestment project management process, coordinating the efforts of others to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met for all reinvestment projects, including cost, time, and conformity with specifications and standards.
  • Manage and track project budgets, schedules, construction, and project close-out.
  • Develop scopes, estimates, tenders, and award contracts for reinvestment projects.
  • Manage change orders, deficiencies, and project close-out.
  • Provide regular project reports and updates to management.
  • Conduct site visits for projects within Canada.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in construction project management, with a strong background in the Quick-Service-Restaurant (QSR) industry.
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with management, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to make critical decisions to drive project success.
  • Advanced skills in Smartsheet, Excel, and SharePoint/OneDrive.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and travel within Canada up to 30% of the year.
