Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to join our team at Showcase. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about our products and services, and ensuring that every guest has a positive experience in our store.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data and making recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Results-Oriented: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage expenses, and achieve other key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for every guest.
  • Sales and Marketing: Proven sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team of sales associates.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, sales associates, and other stakeholders.
