About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at NBS Steel Framing & Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source and procure necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on cleaning activities, including metrics on efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
