As a Thermal Insulation Specialist at Superior Insulation, you will play a crucial role in enhancing energy efficiency and comfort in various structures. Your expertise in insulation will contribute significantly to our projects.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience in insulation installation is necessary.
This position primarily involves working outdoors, and candidates must be willing to relocate as required.
Key Responsibilities- Select appropriate insulation materials based on project specifications.
- Measure and cut insulation materials to precise dimensions using both hand and power tools.
- Apply insulation using various methods including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, and taping.
- Fit insulation around obstacles and within structural frameworks.
- Install vapor barriers and fire-retardant materials to ensure safety and compliance.
- Apply waterproofing materials over insulation as needed.
- Interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications to execute tasks accurately.
Basic security clearance is required to ensure a safe working environment.
Work ScheduleThis is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week.
Language RequirementsThe primary language of work is English.
