About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Moyers Apple Products. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by loading, unloading, and moving products and materials efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload products and materials from trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
  • Material Movement: Move products and materials within the warehouse using manual or mechanical equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
