About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our retail team at Rogers Communications Inc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop a sales team to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Focus on performance to meet and exceed local and regional business targets
  • Promote Rogers and Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard
  • Engage and grow the customer base through personalized communication and outreach
  • Invest in employee growth and development through various programs
  • Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses
