We are seeking a skilled Vocational Training Instructor to join our team at Epic College of Technology Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Course Development: Design and prepare teaching materials, outlines, and assessments for courses.
- Teaching and Evaluation: Deliver lectures, presentations, and workshops to students, and evaluate their progress through tests, papers, and other assessments.
- Program Evaluation: Conduct regular evaluations of courses and programs to ensure they meet the needs of students and industry partners.
- Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic and career goals.
- Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as education, training, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a teaching or training role, preferably in a vocational or technical field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with students, staff, and industry partners.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with a regular schedule and occasional flexibility to accommodate student needs.
- Work Environment: A dynamic and supportive work environment, with access to resources and technology to support teaching and learning.
