Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with customers, including regular visits and communication to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide exceptional sales and service support to customers, including product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Travel to customer locations, trade shows, and industry events to represent AMS Retail Solutions and build relationships with customers and partners.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and stocking products as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 100% travel required, including overnight stays.
  • Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates.
  • Knowledge of brand name appliances required.
  • Must be Microsoft Office proficient.
  • Required to lift up to 50lbs, including lifting weight above shoulders as needed.
  • Frequent standing, bending, and twisting required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, written, and technical skills required.
  • Proof of valid driver's license and insurance required.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers and vendors.
  • HS diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • 2 years of vendor sales experience preferred.
  • 1 year of field sales/customer service experience preferred.
