- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of 11-15 transportation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Operations Management: Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Financial Management: Monitor revenue and expenses, and work with the finance team to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as transportation, logistics, or business.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient, flexible, initiative-driven, judgemental, organized, reliable, and a team player.
This is a fast-paced environment with a large workload, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
