About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at 2777458 ONTARIO INC. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting tasks, such as journal entries, trial balances, and reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including statistical and accounting reports.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel and MS Word to perform financial tasks and maintain records.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and adhere to company security protocols.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and overtime requirements.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accuracy, flexibility, judgment, organization, and teamwork skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
