Qualifications for Success

Essential Skills

  • A demonstrated commitment to prioritizing clients, along with a proven track record in a hands-on, target-oriented sales environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to forge robust relationships and proactively engage with clients.
  • Adaptability, a willingness to learn, strong ethical standards, and a drive for success.
  • Proficiency in digital tools across various devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops).
  • Availability to work during all business hours.

Preferred Skills

  • A history of establishing rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service sectors.
  • Accreditation in Mutual Funds (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
  • Fluency in Cantonese is an asset.
