Your Role

As a Sales Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience and building strong relationships with our regular customers
  • Merchandising products and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales and growth
  • Working alongside your team to maintain a clean and organized bakery environment and assist with production as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the baking, food production, food service or hospitality industry
  • A positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Reliability, self-motivation and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Experience in handling cash, credit card and debit transactions
Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • Continuous standing and walking for all tasks
  • Constant use of both hands
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg, reaching below shoulder level, bending and turning
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 22 kg, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending and reaching above shoulder level
