Job Summary:

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workplace, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Key Tasks:
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of equipment
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Supervision:
  • 5-10 people
