POSITION OVERVIEW

Morrison Homes Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Construction Site Assistant to support our operations and embark on a rewarding career path. The selected individual will collaborate closely with the Site Supervisor throughout the construction of single-family and semi-attached residences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and follow the guidance of the Site Supervisor.
  • Engage in fieldwork alongside the Site Supervisor and Warranty Technician, while also interacting with our esteemed trade partners and suppliers.
  • Perform a variety of construction-related tasks as required.
  • Maintain site cleanliness and adhere to all health and safety protocols as instructed by our Health & Safety officer.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in construction is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-driven and diligent individual capable of working independently in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Must present a clean driving record.
