Accounting Clerk

FEROZA FINANCIAL INCORPORATED is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing general ledgers, journal entries, and managing accounts receivable and payable.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Data Management: Prepare general ledger, journal entry, and manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare trial balance, open and close books for auditors, and prepare payroll.
- Client Communication: Invoice clients and prepare income tax.
- Administrative Support: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, and perform clerical duties such as maintaining filing and record systems.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, organized, and team player.
- Free Parking: Available.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
