Job Title: Chief Estimator, Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Estimator to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for overseeing all estimating operations within a business unit and supervising the estimating process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement estimating strategies to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
  • Lead and mentor a team of estimators to ensure high-quality estimates and timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimating processes align with project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our estimating processes remain current and compliant.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in estimating and project management, with a strong background in infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $180,000 - $250,000.
