Role Overview:
The Junior Quality Engineer will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with quality standards and improving supplier quality management. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of ISO standards and auditing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of ISO quality management systems.
  • Conduct internal audits to verify adherence to ISO standards and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Support supplier quality management by assessing and auditing supplier processes and products.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including audit reports, inspection records, and quality manuals.
  • Engage in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to address quality challenges.
  • Monitor and report on essential quality metrics and performance indicators.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality management systems.
  • Experience in quality auditing and supplier quality management is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
