Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the movement of goods, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Dispatch Management: Manage the dispatch of vehicles and equipment, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that drivers are aware of their assignments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, including mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on shipment status.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to shipment delays, damage, or other problems that may arise during the transportation process.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
