Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimal performance for all aspects of the infrastructure
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance as Mobility technology SME
  • Manage delivery of the technology
  • Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues that arise within the UEM's, and related technologies
  • Work closely with Insight teammates to ensure timely continuous management of technology resources
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, VMWare or other hypervisors, Azure and AWS platforms, Intune/Autopilot, and other related technologies
  • Networking knowledge is a benefit
  • Experience in supporting multiple large-scale UEM/MDM environments
  • Strong written and verbal French and English communications skills
  • Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years' experience with Modern Windows Management, macOS, iOS, and Android
  • Comfortable with the Powershell command line environment and related scripting (sh, bash, python, etc.)
