About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Pastificio D'Aprile Ltd. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our dry pasta products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet our company standards.
  • Sampling and Testing: Take samples of products at various stages of processing and conduct routine tests for product specifications.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with production teams and supervisors to ensure that quality control procedures are followed and that any issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Dry pasta products manufacturers.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
