Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

Close to Home Personal Care and Staffing Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and caring individual to provide high-quality patient care and support in a home setting. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work closely with our clients to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, including toileting and incontinence care
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Help with mobility and transfer assistance
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform job requirements
