Job Title: Store Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Store Associate at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services to meet their needs, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with product features, promotions, and company initiatives to provide informed and engaging customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
