Compensation: Hourly wage ranges from $17 to $21, in addition to a 2% commission on personal sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales to surpass individual and store revenue targets while ensuring a superior customer service experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
  • Assist the Sales Manager by frequently taking on managerial duties, including:
    • Training and developing retail associates.
    • Conducting pre-testing as necessary.
    • Analyzing performance reports to ensure team objectives are met.
    • Communicating company standards and directives to staff.
    • Performing customer repairs and ensuring timely delivery of eyewear.
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards and address any operational issues promptly.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a leadership role or managing small teams.
  • Proven track record of exceptional sales performance.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
