Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the floor staff and ensure that team members are dressed in uniform and delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Work directly with the event coordinators or hosts to problem-solve and address questions or concerns that may arise during or before service.
  • Be the lead on event supervision and execution, ensuring that all details are taken care of.
  • Manage clients in an efficient yet organized manner, including setting up meetings, forwarding contracts, and billing.
  • Deliver feedback and coaching to the banquet team to ensure that they are meeting the high standards of our company.
  • Provide full room set-ups, including the bar, and ensure that rooms are checked and maintained throughout the service.
  • Manage the bar and liquor orders, ensuring that all needs are met.
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs, ensuring that we are operating within our budget.
  • Handle administration duties, including invoicing and A/R, contracts, and customer service.
  • Demonstrate leadership by building positive team morale and ensuring that our team is motivated and engaged.
