Position - Permanent Full-time / Part-time - Delivery Operator

Position Overview:

Schedule: Full-time, alternating Saturdays, and part-time based on availability

Compensation: $25.03 to $30.06 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

  • Operate the boom truck and manage the crane
  • Ensure the accuracy and organization of delivery packages
  • Secure loads using appropriate straps
  • Deliver materials to specified locations
  • Lift and transport heavy materials
  • Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
  • Accurately complete various documentation (safety checks, material returns, accident reports, odometer readings, greasing, etc.)

Work Environment:

  • Upon starting, you will be paired with a trainer for crane operation instruction
  • Our team is available to assist with any delivery inquiries
  • Each day presents unique challenges, delivering to construction sites, residences, businesses, etc.
  • Safety is paramount, with personal protective equipment provided
  • Various equipment is available for different delivery scenarios
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently load/unload the vehicle
  • Multiple trips between the store and delivery sites
  • Work in varying weather conditions
  • Fleet of over 60 trucks maintained to high standards
Qualifications:
