Retail Store Manager

CM Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of retail salespersons and sales clerks to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Inventory: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Outlook.
