Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Window and Door Installation Specialist to join our team at Adam Renovation. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing windows and doors in various locations, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Determine the most efficient installation procedures and layouts for windows and doors.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for accurate installations.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
  • Work in a team environment to achieve installation goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in window and door installation.
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in non-smoking environments.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Punctuality, accuracy, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills.
