Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards and providing clear communication on updates and changes.
  • Demonstrate ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and provide direction to team members in collaboration with the management team.
  • Train and develop associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, encouraging an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to sales and trend influence by crafting inspirational displays in high-impact areas and driving the store's fashion, brand, and value strategy through dynamic feature changes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience; retail or service industry experience is preferred.
  • High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to identify stated and unstated customer and associate inquiries and needs.
