DUKE'S ROYAL GUARD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and employees.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, protocols, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their security needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPR Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate.
  • Security Guard License.
