About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
  • Human Resources: Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented teams.
