Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy duty equipment, including Log Loaders, Wheel Loaders, Forklifts, and other mobile equipment.
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Verify and document all repairs made, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Valid Inter-Provincial or Provincial journeyperson mechanic certification.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and mechanical systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a fleet shop environment.
  • Knowledge of Cummins and Cat engine systems.
  • Strong electrical background.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate of $46.42.
