We are seeking a skilled Building Services Worker to join our team at Wiebe Properties Inc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our properties to ensure they are safe and well-maintained for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs to buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Facilities Management: Assist with the management of our properties, including coordinating with contractors and vendors.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and healthy manner, and report any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and tenants to ensure that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements
