About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Lake Louise Inn. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
  • Operate dishwashers and washing machines to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Scour pots and pans to remove food residue and stains.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including workstations, cupboards, and storage areas.
  • Handle and store cleaning products and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
