Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fulfillment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Distribution Centre team, you will be responsible for leading a team of logistics professionals to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of logistics professionals to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Cultural Ambassador

As a Fulfillment Manager, you will be a cultural ambassador for Indigo, embodying our values of customer obsession, innovation, and teamwork. You will be responsible for promoting a culture of engagement and inclusivity within the Distribution Centre, and for fostering a positive and respectful work environment.

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role, leading logistics professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
