Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead a team of staff to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
- Food Safety and Quality: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering and stock control.
- Team Development: Develop and train staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on customer service.
