  • Estimating and Quoting: Prepare detailed written estimates of repair costs for customers, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Diagnostic and Repair: Utilize schematic drawings and product manuals to diagnose and repair electrical appliances and components, using testing devices as needed.
  • Customer Communication: Effectively advise customers on work performed and the condition of their equipment, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a well-organized inventory of replacement parts and components, ensuring timely access to necessary materials.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in appliance repair, continuously improving skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in appliance repair or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
