Position Overview

As a Purchasing Agent at IZAKAYA EDOKKO (2016) INC., you will play a crucial role in acquiring essential goods and services to support our operations. Your expertise in procurement will ensure that we maintain high standards in quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement: Acquire general and specialized equipment, materials, and services required for our business.
  • Specification Development: Create detailed specifications for the items and services to be procured.
  • Quotation Review: Analyze and assess quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
  • Contract Management: Establish and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with vendors.
  • Logistics Coordination: Plan and oversee the delivery schedules and operational logistics of the organization.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders and ensure their procurement needs are met.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in procurement.
Work Environment
  • Conditions: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
