About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Mystery Shopper to join our team at Ipsos Limited Partnership. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for visiting various business locations and providing feedback on your experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit business locations and observe customer service interactions
  • Complete surveys and provide feedback on your experiences
  • Meet with clients to discuss your findings and provide recommendations
Requirements
  • Full-time enrollment in a post-secondary institution
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Cellular phone and internet access
  • Printer and basic computer skills
