Our Architectural group is seeking a talented and entrepreneurial individual to collaborate with exceptional professionals. You will engage with existing clients, cultivate new relationships, and provide innovative solutions that contribute to community development and growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with architects, engineers, and technologists as part of a multidisciplinary project team throughout all project phases, from initial design to final execution.
- Engage in meetings and work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to advance project development.
- Prepare tenders, construction drawings, and a variety of documents and reports for industrial and commercial projects.
- Utilize a range of tools, including drawing, modeling, and 3D software (Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup), to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Support architects, engineers, and technologists during all project phases to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with other disciplines on multidisciplinary projects to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Conduct technical, multidisciplinary, and peer reviews to maintain high standards.
- Lead the architectural technologist group and provide mentorship to junior staff.
- Travel as necessary between offices and project sites to meet project requirements.
