Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at WJ Dober Ltd.

Job Summary

The Food Service Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
