Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Paddy's Oneil's. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that all dishes and equipment are sanitized and in good working order.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Sharpen kitchen knives
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic kitchen setting.
Requirements- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
